Our Baby Signing
classes are delivered through the medium of signing, singing and music which allows the parent and baby or toddler to absorb the signs in a simple, easy manner which is fun and exciting. We stimulate all of the baby's senses to assist the learning process.
Many of our children have stayed with the programme for more than 2 years, taking advantage of the age appropriate levels, lots of families have returned with younger siblings & friends.
Nearly
2000 families have attended our baby signing & music classes and workshops since we started in early 2005. Our teachers are also BSL qualified, CRB checked, hold internationally recognised teaching and music qualifications.
The medium allows the incorporation of other
developmental opportunities in ways that are easy to take up at home including orientation, co-ordination, movement, gentle massage and “the 7 ‘clingy periods of the first year’.
With signs and gestures sourced from British Sign Language (BSL) the babies soon recognise, then use key words and activities impacting their new lives.
